Good health benefits and work uniform.

Cons

When they don't take care of equipment , they are not going take care of employees. When companies value their equipment. They value employees also.

Pros

ShawCor has one of the best benefits programs going. Their matched contributions in the 401k are great and the continuation of the healthcare program at the level it is at, despite other companies dropping this is a credit to the business.

Cons

Their salaries are not quite in line with the industry, and while they promote within to fill roles, the remuneration is not always up to the mark.
