Pros
A fast-growing company that is refreshingly focused on the exceptional care for patients while removing ALL barriers that typically prevent patients from obtaining specialty medications (and at the lowest possible out of pocket expense to the patients). Shields is incredibly appreciative of their employees and more importantly; leadership always turns to the "people on the ground" for guidance on how to improve! There is tremendous room for growth and internal promotions seem like they are an every day occurrence within the company. Kindness is the key word when you interact with those "at the top" all the way down to those "on the ground". Shields is busting at the seams with GOOD people. Best career decision I ever made was joining the Shields family!!
Cons
Any cons that I would have had are always quickly realized and resolved. This company is growing like wildfire and we are all learning and making necessary adjustments along the way!
