Pros
-you'll learn A LOT and have almost unlimited resources to increase your knowledge -competitive pay, good benefits -mission, values, and culture are great. Makes you proud to work for them. -always new opportunities to get more involved -CEO and leadership are great and always trying to improve the culture -your team will make the experience. Fellow pharmacists are always super nice and helpful. -unique projects and learning experiences compared to the "typical" pharmacist job
Cons
-growing pains -- sometimes transitions can be very rough and you feel like you're being thrown into the fire. Team is all very supportive but can be frustrating at times with lack of answers or guidance. -no OT pay although expectation is often to work OT -with transitions or increase in job responsibilities, there should be adjusted goals, additional team support, or increased compensation
