A company that cares for people with a great culture. Treats everyone kindly, fairly and with respect. Mission driven company that truly gets to impact the patient experience in a positive way. Work flexibility arrangements by allowing many roles to be work at home and/or hybrid roles. High growth company that creates significant career growth opportunities with a lot of promotion opportunities or new roles that allow news skills to be learned. Lots of various employee resource groups to help provide support networks. The CEO cares and the Chief People Officer of the company is the most caring leaders I have ever worked with -everyone loves her! Shields hires a lot of really smart, self motivated, high energy, positive people -- make it a nice place to work for everyone!
Cons
It is a fast paced environment that expects each team member to deliver positive patient results. Also requires a lot personal accountability (I would not consider either of these cons, as long as you are a self-motivated and accountable person).
