Pros

Pay is pretty good for a pharmacy tech, PSA position is remote, 4 weeks paid vacation, 401k with employer contribution, health insurance has a $0 premium tier.

Cons

PTO accrued at 6.4 hours per 2-week pay period, 4 weeks PTO includes sick time and personal time--they are not separate. Job experience differs wildly based on your site and the people you work with. Leadership at the top is bizarre and out of touch--company-wide meetings are generally leadership patting each other on the back and recognizing only 1-2 employees who actually do the work. Very odd corporate culture.

Pros

Not sure The only thing I can think of is the benefits and that’s it which is a way to get employees in

Cons

The workplace culture feels very toxic and unprofessional. Instead of a collaborative healthcare environment, it often feels more like being back in high school, with cliques, gossip, favoritism, and constant “mean girl” energy., I experienced an atmosphere where coworkers seem more interested in talking about people than helping them succeed. The environment is draining, stressful, and makes it difficult to focus on patient care and professional growth. Management does little to improve the situation. Concerns are not addressed appropriately, and the culture seems to be accepted rather than corrected. Rather than feeling valued and supported, I feel micromanaged, judged, and isolated. Healthcare is already stressful enough without having to deal with workplace drama every day. If you are considering working here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about team dynamics, management support, employee turnover, and workplace culture before accepting a position.
