Extensive Training during and after the on-boarding process. Very thorough Safety and Loss Prevention Programs. Excellent Benefits (Medical, Uniforms, Lunch, 401K). Consistent Communication and very well organized Management Staff.

Cons

No negative aspects of the position or the resort we all take care of each other and work together as a team at all times.
