Pros
Was a fun place to work - very cool products & solid management team. The enthusiasm and passion to excel as a company was shared by managers up and executives.
Cons
As long as you did your job and played the game (politically) you were safe. Dissatisfied employees were rarely given the chance to communicate and effect positive change. Many employees simply left and were replaced with more junior people so those who stayed had to pick up the slack.
