They will train new hires to operate the machinery even with no experience. Coworkers are friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Cons

Production room management played favorites. Twelve hour days standing and walking on concrete. NO SITTING DOWN. Pay is middling. Working here and advancing a "career" is easier said than done. High turnover.
