Pros

Working on the beach, free breakfast and lunch, health benefits and gym benefits are good, employee appreciation luncheons, you get to see celebrities.

Cons

No growth, work every holiday (even Christmas) and weekend; good luck requesting any time off. The free breakfast and lunch often not good, but it was free. Can take you a while to leave the parking lot as guest cars block you in and you have to wait for the valet team who is often backed up to move the guest car so you can leave.
