Pros

Rate of Pay and Employee Benefits are the best I've seen and I've worked in hospitality for 10 years now. The environment is friendly and positive. The employees are celebrated all year long for different things. If you love the service industry and luxury hospitality, then you will thrive here. Many employees are long term employees. Management is supportive and you really have to suck at your job to be let go, even then I still see them work with people that hate their job.

Cons

A more in depth training program for customer service would be nice, but the staff hired are always seasoned professionals. It's great to continuously have refreshers or best practices shared.

You are just a cog in a machine more customer service training many managers to adhere to non union, so they cut your hours according to business demands
