Pros
Great benefits, and if you have seniority then you can get up a decent schedule for yourself but otherwise your schedule can be a nightmare, particularly if they are understaffed.
Cons
Highly disorganized, particularly in food service. One manager to manage multiple outlets. You're also essentially the manager because the real ones hate dealing with guests. Little concern for workload or schedule overload. Company has some things in place that are great for employees (like benefits) but I've also seen them be quite heartless, even to long-term employees.
