Pros

Competitive pay compared to the area for similar roles

Cons

-Awful management -terrible training, they will not guide you through anything, rather throw you off the deep end. They will expect you to know how to use their system and know their store layout on the first day, with no prior experience. -toxic work environment (older staff 40+ years old will complain about you if you do anything wrong during training) -constant rotation of people because of their terrible environment means they are constantly short staffed. This results in them increasing your hours far above what you asked for.

Pros

Culture, management, environment is open

Cons

It takes for ever for anything to be done. We are a part of the TJX family and our systems are the slowest and most out of sync

Pros

Good opportunities for advancement if you are willing to work hard and take on additional responsibility.

Cons

Payroll and workload do not always seem to align. Weeks with heavier freight volume or increased workload do not necessarily come with additional payroll, which can make it difficult to meet expectations while maintaining standards. There is a strong focus on payroll efficiency, but at times it can feel like stores are being asked to accomplish more with the same or fewer resources. Eventually, there is only so much efficiency that can be gained without additional staffing and support.
