Fun work environment - Anonymous employee Sierra Employee Review

Management operated as a clique and treated outsider employees poorly. Initial pay rate is low with little incentive. Management works hard to make sure that part time staff remain below benefits threshold. Company owned by TJX and has negatively impacted STP brand. Over the course of time I worked in the store the stock continuously dwindled to inventory so low that customers frequently asked if we were going out of business. Employee discount is generous but customers can frequently match or beat employee discount with coupons and web specials.
