Toxic, Lack of Management, No Automation, Poor Work Environment, No advancement. The Worst employer in Wyoming. Good people do not even apply at Sierra because their reputation is so tarnished in Cheyenne. You are a number at the Warehouse in Cheyenne. No training at all. You are told to report for work and you work 50 hours per week. No exceptions. They find any reason to fire excellent employees. HR has zero knowledge of what happens on the production floor. Most new hires last less than 30 days. Extremely high turnover due to the Toxic environment.
