Pros

Pay isn't bad for the region and for unskilled labor. Since the big buyout at the end of '12, they have proper benefits like 401k matching, health, etc.

Cons

Pay is OK, but it's capped, and there's no incentive to push past a certain minimum production level. Low level management doesn't get a great deal of oversight and they have be incredibly abusive, or incompetent. Holiday seasons crunch times; A la Retail. 60-80 hours mandatory (OT pay exists though) with constant physical labor. This means you are now a zombie when Christmas rolls around.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

Cons

Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
