      The store manager is awesome

      Cons

      The assistant managers are rude and mean to employees. One assistant manager is an extreme micromanager and says you are wrong on everything if it is not her idea. When the store manager is not there it becomes a very toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

      Cons

      Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
