      Inconsistent work schedules from management Almost cult like employee training Forcing employees to push credit cards and be borderline aggressive in shadowing and assisting customers Very scattered upper management (above the store level).

      Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

      Cons

      Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
