      Pros

      It's easy, everyday is basically the same. If you like to push freight, cashier and clean dressing rooms you will do great.

      Cons

      Upper management will dictate how you feel in your role. If you like a fast and challenging workload this is not for you. Advancement is really only available if you are able to move, usually to another state.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

      Cons

      Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
