Pros

Decent pay for upper management.

Cons

Long hours Poor communication and structure Does not fix store cooling system and allows associates to work in unsafe environments with temperatures over 80%. Does not foster gender exclusivity or diversity. Forces employees to work off clock. Forced to work until 11:30pm and return at 6am during holidays. District managers play politics and favor certain management.

Pros

Culture, management, environment is open

Cons

It takes for ever for anything to be done. We are a part of the TJX family and our systems are the slowest and most out of sync

Pros

Good opportunities for advancement if you are willing to work hard and take on additional responsibility.

Cons

Payroll and workload do not always seem to align. Weeks with heavier freight volume or increased workload do not necessarily come with additional payroll, which can make it difficult to meet expectations while maintaining standards. There is a strong focus on payroll efficiency, but at times it can feel like stores are being asked to accomplish more with the same or fewer resources. Eventually, there is only so much efficiency that can be gained without additional staffing and support.
