Pros
There are some talented and dedicated people here but they are leaving in droves.
Cons
Leadership is abysmal. The executive team is disjointed and only interested in appearances. There are toxic leaders here, particularly the COO, who is only interested in being liked and hoarding power. The “CIO” is a talentless hack interested only in appeasing the COO. Projects have been shelved due to a complete lack of financial and program management. Core services like IT are woefully under funded, under resourced, and mismanaged by the COO and his organization. Layoffs are frequent. Remaining staff must absorb more and more without relief despite promises. The benefits and pay are no longer an industry stand out. Bonuses aren’t paid. Promotions and compensation changes are non-existent but hiring continues at VP and above.
