Pros
The actual people are awesome, if you are lucky enough to be on the right team. Pay was good at hiring, but has not kept up with cost of living. Benefits are decent, but there are better out there 401k match vests over 5 years, 3 weeks accrued PTO/year (which includes sick/granted) and increases every 5 years of employment.
Cons
Know that the 9/80 schedule is gone. Know also that 'flexible' to management means you get to vary your in/out time by 30 minutes around the "core hours," and nobody is working from home. Be prepared for tone-deaf senior managers sending passive-aggressive emails complaining that nobody is working on Saturdays shortly after laying off people who did. Be prepared to be spoken to in platitudes about "changing everything" when your career growth seems to hinge entirely on the success of one specific product - if you're lucky enough to be here when that happens.
