Our new leadership has a transparent vision that is capable of completely shifting the delivery of care in the home. Best Aspects include: + Awesome Espresso Machines + Deep desire from upper management to continue to make this a great place to work + A Culture of Flexibility and Compassion +Lots of excitement and vibrant ideas coming to fruition
Cons
-Classic growing pains of a quickly growing organization, rapidly outgrowing the physical space we have in the office, and figuring out how to retain culture with growth. Overall, these are the good problems to have.
