Pros

You set your schedule, pay is relatively fast. They give you a rental car if you are scheduled patients at least 3 days a week for those working days. Charting system is easy and you can keep up with it. Patients are awesome.

Cons

1. This is my full-time job and some days I may get scheduled 2 patients and I have gone without anyone on my schedule for over a week. 2. You drive back and forth around town...instead of scheduling putting you in the same areas you crisscross back and forth making the rate of pay uncompetitive. 3. Tech support never available when you need them, you leave a message and they call back hours later which messes up your work flow and assessments. 4. They hire too many providers in an area so there is a huge lack of workload for each provider. There is just not enough patients to go round even if you want to work full time.

Thanks for this feedback. Our technology teams are working diligently to make more sense out of the extremely complex logistical endeavor that is mapping routes for our providers and evaluations. As you have experienced, members are spread across the states and nation; this is in part why our provider network is as robust as it is. Our network support and help desk teams are available at your discretion. For more information on better ways to effectively contact them and to address any other concerns, we welcome you to contact your RM or recruiter directly.

Pros

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

Cons

Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
