Pros

Decent salary and benefits, some flexibility in work hours

Cons

There is absolutely no work/family/personal balance at all in this company. Overtime is very excessive and not at all optional. If you value your health, stay away from this company.

Many companies struggled throughout 2020, but Signify has remained exceptionally strong and experienced significant growth. As a result, we worked diligently to complete the required work while also monitoring and limiting the necessary OT. Some of our mitigation efforts have included: flexibility in working hours, alternating mandatory and voluntary OT, and strategic, purposeful hiring so as to reduce workload but not cause a necessary reduction in headcount at a later time. Additionally, there was a production incentive, allowing the team to receive financial bonuses over and above overtime pay. We have communicated openly with our coding team throughout the process, and as we have discussed, we are resolving completely the necessity for overtime soon. We hope you will share your concerns directly with coding leadership going forward so we can more effectively address your concerns, and we thank you for the feedback.

Pros

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

Cons

Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
