Lack of training materials, and other resources to help you perform well. Manager lacks respect for others, is arrogant, & very condescending. If you are OK with being treated like that, then this is the place for you. Manager is not open to new ideas, suggestions to improve any workflow. Lots of inconsistencies. Manager will never acknowledge and admit when he/she is wrong but instead will find a fault in you for “misunderstanding” what was being said. Very unapologetic. If you do or say something that will displease the manager, then be prepared for the childish, immature cold shoulder treatment. Not a good quality to have for someone in a leadership role. Toxic environment due to micromanagement & being under constant pressure to meet the daily numbers. You are frowned upon if you talk to your team mates or ask each other for help. One on ones are a waste of time when the concerns are not heard nor acknowledged because there is never a follow up & nothing changes.
