Really disorganized - Anonymous employee Signify Health Employee Review

- Leadership does not seem to know what they're doing. - They say one of their values is compassion but the way the recent layoffs were handled showed absolutely no empathy and left employees in the dark for way too long. - The lack of communication, transparency and collaboration across silos is worse than anywhere I've seen. - The organization seems to be really top-heavy on execs, VPs and directors, with not as many people on the ground level. - HR doesn't seem organized or knowledgeable.
