Pros

It was a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Robotic like atmosphere scripted company with high expectations with low budget failing systems and glitches and issues/new policy new rules every few other weeks..Very poor leadership for the most part.. We are constantly calling members who have declined our yearly assessments. Just a bunch of recycled calls to members from one agent to the next. Sometimes even calling deceased members.CVS bought out this company but it'll be the same greedy company with a different name. A poor excuse for a company hiding behind alot of major health insurance names. The CEO held company meetings but never address any of the employees questions. It's a sales job pretty much, with money hungry leadership/supervisors in place. That's it.That's all.

Work from home means ties to your desk all day. Very limiting.
