same pay as McDonald’s workers

Cons

Must memorize 180 scripts. Basically force Medicare/Medicaid members to complete a home visit. Management is clueless about what’s going on. They ignore questions or take around them. They never give a direct answer. Member you speak to are rude. Goals are impossible. Good Work/life balance isn’t a concern for them. You call the same members over and over again harassing them because IT doesn’t know what they are doing. They do not care about turnover rate anymore. Moving around in the company is almost impossible if you start in member engagement. They simply do not care about there employees they treat you like a robot.

Cons

Work from home means ties to your desk all day. Very limiting.
