      Interesting technology stack and problems to solve

      Lack of transparency, poor strategy. When I was hired there were large scale expansion plans, shortly into my time with Signify I was laid off along with a huge number of others. A number of months later my position was then refilled along with others.

      Pros

      $21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.
