Pros

The monthly bonus is awesome it is guaranteed no matter how many absences or if you do bad on a QA call. It is guaranteed you earned it period. You make $2.50 per appointment and after 400 appointments you get $5.00 an appointment scheduled. Very very easy amazing managers, the perks are just azing you get 80 hrs of sick pay, and 40hrs PTO just starting off. I can not tell you another employer I have had that has paid this good for such easy work. I am paid $15 an hr every two weeks. You are able to receive your bonus on the 15th of each month. Paid holidays etc.... definitely room for growth if you choose to make a career out of this.!!

Cons

I would say the biggest thing is they really do stick to QA a lot but they do work with you as well to improve. However the other con I would say is the rebuttal part they make you do this at least twice and they actually have scripts you can follow for the rebuttal responses to each denial. Other than that this job is easy, great ppl and wonderful pay scale period!!

Pros

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

Cons

Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
