Pros

Teammates and some great group leaders.. some is key

Micromanaging, management is not nice, writing up and terminating if you don’t meet their expectations… and you can be fired apparently without even receiving a write up.. improvement and hard work doesn’t matter, belittled and harassed by group leader, when asked to be relocated to new group was told no (even though I knew people had been relocated when they asked). Will refuse unemployment even when approved. WC investigated into refusal, unemployment benefits were deemed eligible due to no misconduct and wrongful termination. Company will lock out of all emails day of termination so there’s no way of getting access to proof of bad management. Pay raise only not awarded to those without CRC, even though when not required when hired, and raise is not worth the anxiety and stress from belittling.

Pros

$21/hr starting pay is pretty decent but not life changing for all of the SOP's, Random new apps and features they add last minute without informing their teams and then the forced weekends.

Forced weekends Not any flexibility whatsoever Terrible leadership
