Pros

Bonus every 15th of the month, the more appointments you book the bigger the bonus.

Cons

Calling and harassing people about an in home health evaluation which is an annual visit the involves the same things that their doctors do. Great service for people who do not have access to healthcare or transportation but also, no means no! It’s an optional service but we’re forced to badger and insist that the members to partake in the service. I’m not sure how this is even ethical. Was hired stating we will have 300-400 calls but we’re doing 800-900 calls via the auto dialer.

Work from home means ties to your desk all day. Very limiting.
