The whole job is calling people on Medicare and Medicaid and trying to get them to schedule for a "licensed medical professional" to come in their home and do this assessment. Nearly all calls are sent to voicemail because the phone number is marked as scam call likely on every carrier. There is a definite push from management to overcome objection as if we're selling a product, so it makes folks more suspicious because the service is free.
