Pros

Signifyd's truly leadership embodies the companies values. I feel supported by both direct and upper management to grow and contribute. Coworkers recognize each other for their hard work and everyone seems to be working towards a common goal.

Cons

Some small growing pains, as expected in a company growing this quickly. Although they are there, I find that leadership is transparent and recognizes them, and it seems to be a priority to ensure we build processes that scale.

Well-resourced, early days, people seem excited and happy to be there. HR very organized.

Cons

When I was there, they required weekly check-ins with your manager to rate how you were feeling every week. This is a good idea in theory, but if you are having issues with your manager, it can be very awkward since that is the only person you have an opportunity to share with.
