Thank you for taking the time to write this review! I absolutely love that you're finding your work interesting and challenging. We view that as a critical differentiator in a very competitive market for talent, in addition to taking care of our employees and having an authentic, inclusive culture!
We are actively working to improve how we collaborate across geographic regions, and fully recognize that this can be a pain point for a lot of our teams. Now that we have a dedicated Director of R&D Operations, we are already seeing improvements that will help make it a better experience for everyone, but we welcome any further suggestions you may have!
