Pros

- unlimited PTO - flexible hours, since the company is remote - on-demand training available - variety of ERGs

Cons

- not as many women in leadership - reviews are only twice a year - lots of surveys that don't have clear outcome

Thank you for the thoughtful review and feedback! I couldn't agree more, we absolutely lack sufficient diversity in our leadership ranks and are working to try to ensure we get better in that regard. With regard to reviews, we used to do them quarterly but the feedback was largely that that was too often - in the meantime, we are committed to focusing on real time, regular and transparent feedback with your manager. If you're not getting that, please talk to your HRBP because they can help coach your manager on giving you what you need and deserve! And lastly, I'm personally bummed to hear that you feel the surveys don't have a clear outcome. We have decided to move to 2 major engagement surveys per year to address survey fatigue, but our teams work really hard behind the scenes to take in the feedback received and turn it in to actionable initiatives and changes that will make them and their teams better and happier. So if you are not seeing that, please also talk to your manager or HRBP as we want to know! We are learning through all of this as much as you are! Thank you again!

Pros

Well-resourced, early days, people seem excited and happy to be there. HR very organized.

Cons

When I was there, they required weekly check-ins with your manager to rate how you were feeling every week. This is a good idea in theory, but if you are having issues with your manager, it can be very awkward since that is the only person you have an opportunity to share with.
