Pros

Some of your co workers are really nice. Benefit packages is a little pricey but ok.

Cons

Management is rarely around. Pay not per performance, with Covid they had to up the base pay to more than the current long term employees 6 years+ were making. So now long term employees who are cross trained all over are only making a buck more than a new person. Work load expectation during fall peak is crazy, 55+ hours mandatory (6 days) Your input is taken for improvements however don't expect anything to change. HR department doesn't help anything.

Pros

Nice people, pleasant work experience.

Cons

Contractor project budgets are sometimes not high as they should be. There has been a fair bit of turnover with the full-time employees over the years. I’m a contractor so don’t know the details on that.
