Cons
The entire company is centered around Arkansas/Little Rock/Pine Bluff. There are other markets with massive opportunity that are always getting ignored. Everything is looked at through the lens of how things are done, ran, budgeted, ect in LR.
Lots of recent change has caused a lot of bankers to leave and start looking for jobs elsewhere because they’re tired of lack of leadership.
