Pros

The hours were alright and bank holidays are a plus. However, there are plenty of other banks with less-toxic work culture. You should definitely find one of those instead.

Cons

This place is a revolving door of new-hires or people leaving for something better. Poor management structure and a surprising lack of support from administration of any kind.

Pros

the paycheck. Simmons has the potential to be great.

Cons

the systems and processes are abysmal. the benefit packages are the worst in the industry. the insurance covers nothing with super high deductible. the vacation policy is not competitive and there are no bonuses. Long time problematic racist employees are actually encouraged by management. Nothing works like it should and it takes forever to complete even the simplest tasks on the redundant outdated software used here. Terrible work environment and an overall awful place to work. Talent is walking out of the door left and right
