Great people and decent benefits.
Cons
There is very little support to help associates achieve their goals. Instead of marketing , the bank expects its associates to create relationships and grow clientele virtually out of thin air. You are assigned call lists, and then asked to make calls all day until you talk to someone/sell a product. The shame culture is also extremely high if you do not hit your goals, which are continuously raised. Might as well work for a call center and get paid more.
