LOW PAY which caused HIGH TURNOVER! Constantly changing things that were just recently changed, hierarchy at the top was consistently changing. Work/life balance is minimal with the expectations they have on associates and those in a salary position, you should always be working. The culture and pay might be better if they had a CPO that actually cared about the associates and not only how she can save the bank another penny, how can you manage from your desk and say someone needs to be let go when you have never even met the associates or really even been in the market. Very stressful place, would not recommend and definitely needs culture from the top down!
