Pros
The schedule is consistent making it easy to schedule around. The pay is competitive for the region. Medical/Dental/Eyecare 401k 80 hours paid vacation after one year, 120 hours after four years, 160 hours after 8 years, and 200 hours after 12 years.
Cons
The time clock rules would not let you clock in more than seven minutes before shift start, and would count you as late (1/2 point) if you clock in one minute late. At least 30% of the workforce was made up of temporary employees, with little chance of permanent employment. Random drug screening.
