Says faith based Only cares about protecting the Simmons name
Cons
Cost savings more important than safety or people, big time buddy system, if you are friends with Russell Tooley your safe if you are not they will find a way to make you leave. Overwhelming work load. No family life. Simmons creates policies based on the CEO who cheated on his wife just to turn around and tell hourly employees it's not ok to do this and it will cost you your job with the company. Even as an HRD your opinion or advice makes no difference.
