From day 1 I was looking over my shoulder. If you challenge the existing leadership to make changes it falls on deaf ears. By doing this if you make wrong person mad they will fire you. Very political company . Relocated to Simmons and in 5 minutes they released me with no opportunity to defend myself. Been in manufacturing over 20 years successfully and have never seen anything like the way they perform business.
