They seem to care for their employees, if you need to make a request they are happy to assist you. They are a fair employer, and have great a lower managment team.
Cons
They attempt to manage farms while sitting in the office. They do not go out in the field and talk to the farm managers to get their opinions. Our opinions do not matter.
