Poor management skills - General Laborer Simmons Foods Employee Review

Even when working harder and faster than others there was no acknowledgement. Just told you go faster. Hard to do on assembly line when people behind or in front of your are slow. Supervisor was not good at personal skills with employees. Some people continually got away with things others didn't. Some people were just flat out rude when trying to just have a casual conversation. Work is mind numbingly boring. They are supposed to rotate your work after every break. When putting some of us on manual pallets stacking we did that for 12 hours, no relief.
