Pros
Great work environment. Management have open door policies to where you can express your concerns for safety, cost savings, etc. Do your job and follow the rules and you can move up the ladder fast from hourly to salary as a supervisor.
Cons
Time off accrues very slowly based on years employeed. Pay is lower than other competing industries, but channels are there to get raises/promotions.
