Pros

The volunteer docents are wonderful

Cons

Everything, but especially the management. They don't care about their jobs, mission, or employees. Only care about looking good in politics and getting money. Are currently involved in a Fed Investigation. Blamed lower level employees for their mistakes, took credit for things they didn't do to look good. Made lower level employees and unpaid interns do all work while they were on phone with politicians for things unrelated to SWC or MOT. Extremely toxic work environment, most extreme issues being stalking and sexual harassment.

Pros

A great reputation, which is unfortunately getting tarnished now, under new leadership.

Cons

SWC/MOT is not living up even to its name. The new CEO's SYSTEMIC AGE DISCRIMINATION, laying of scores of older employees, is crying out loud for a class-action lawsuit. SWC/MOT used to be like a family, putting the employees first. Now it is a corporation, which has PROFIT as the highest priority, even though it's a non-profit organization.
