Management, hours worked, pay, if your told what you are going to get paid it wrong cause nobody knows, quality of people... etc

QA Manager is a scattered mess that made it difficult to complete assigned work. Completed review and adjustments to SOPs and they would sit on her desk for weeks on end without her approval.
