The people in the facility, overall, are great and willing to help. There are a handful of upper management that have worked there for over 15 years so not much change occurs since they are stuck in their ways.

Cons

Classic corporate scenario trying to make as much money as possible without compensating employees fairly. Lots of turnover.

QA Manager is a scattered mess that made it difficult to complete assigned work. Completed review and adjustments to SOPs and they would sit on her desk for weeks on end without her approval.
